Are you aware that the biggest change in Safety Data Sheets for over a decade is taking place?

The EU issued a new regulation (late May 2010) changing Annex II of REACH from a voluntary code of practice to a legal requirement, see COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 453/2010 .

The new SDS layout is to be implemented by 1st December 2010.
