Please note that these may be amended by individual contract documents. These do not apply to sale of goods, or to training. Complaints procedure If you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact the Managing Director Janet Murfin, via email janet@ttenvironmental.co.uk, or in writing to the address above. If the MD feels that she is not sufficiently independent to assess the complaint, it will be passed to the Company Secretary to investigate. Either the MD or Company Secretary will report back to the complainant in due course. |
